Two Premium Rice Mills and One Rice Extrusion Closed (#165171)

1. Registration: All bidders must register prior to the auction. 
2. Inspection: Interested bidders are encouraged to inspect the rice mills prior to the end of the auction. Inspection is available by appointment only. Please contact StarBid to schedule an inspection.
3. Bidding Process: Bids will be accepted in PHP. The auctioneer reserves the right to set minimum bid increments and to reject any bids that do not meet the requirements.
4. Payment Terms: The winning bidder must pay a non-refundable deposit of 10% of the final bid price within 3 Days of the auction's conclusion. The remaining balance must be paid within 30 days. Payment methods accepted are solely Bank transfers.
5. No Warranty: The rice mills are sold "as is, where is," with no warranties or guarantees, either expressed or implied, as to the condition or fitness for a particular purpose.
6. Principal's Discretion: The final decision to sell the rice mills rests solely with the principal, Security Bank. Security Bank reserves the right to accept or reject any bid, regardless of the amount.
7. Removal of Items: The winning bidder is responsible for all costs associated with the removal and transportation of the rice mills. The items must be removed from the premises within 90 days following full payment.
8. Taxes and Fees: All applicable taxes, duties, and fees are the responsibility of the winning bidder and must be paid in addition to the final bid price.
9. Default: In the event of default by the winning bidder, the deposit will be forfeited, and Security Bank reserves the right to offer the rice mills to the next highest bidder or to re-auction the items.

No shipping is provided. The buyer must dismantle and collect the machines from the site.
