3. Bidding Process: Bidders must raise their paddles to place a bid. The highest bid at the close of bidding will be considered the winning bid, subject to approval by the consigning bank.

4. Approval by Consigning Bank: The consigning bank reserves the right to make the final decision on whether a vehicle is accepted for the final bid. The bank's decision is final and binding.

5. Payment: Winning bidders must make a full payment within the specified timeframe, as outlined at the time of registration. Payment methods will be detailed in the registration documents.

6. Ownership Transfer: Once full payment is received and verified, ownership of the vehicle will be transferred to the winning bidder. The bidder is responsible for any taxes, registration fees, and other related costs.

7. Inspection: Bidders are encouraged to inspect vehicles prior to bidding. Inspection times will be provided, and all inspections must be completed within the designated periods.

8. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from the auction will be resolved at the sole discretion of StarBid and the consigning bank. By participating in the auction, bidders agree to abide by the final decision.
